End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and JukeDisc ("Developer") for the use of JukeDisc's Discord music bot software ("Software").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must cease using the Software immediately.

2. License

The Developer grants the User a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software. This license is limited to the functionalities provided by the Software and is subject to compliance with this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

The User is prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software. The User is also prohibited from distributing, sublicensing, or leasing the Software without the express written consent of the Developer.

4. Ownership

The Software is the property of the Developer and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. The User agrees that the Developer retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software.

5. Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if the User fails to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, the User must cease using the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in their possession.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
